Making Student Life Easier

Ahh, student life. It is the time in our lives when we are pushed from pillar to post until we decide to settle on a major we can study for the best four years. Even when we have studied long and hard, it can still be difficult to find the career path we want to pursue.
Student life is a lot harder than people give it credit for, and that’s why this year we are going to talk about some ways to make student life a little easier to manage.

Budget Like a Boss
One of the most challenging things we have to do as a student is trying to live off a part-time wage and allowance from the government. Studying is expensive, and by the end of the degree, we are practically broke. Luckily, you can refinance your student loan after college or university with a site like refinancestudent.loan and make your financial life a little more stable. During your time as a student, you will want to take the opportunity to save as much money as you possibly can for your future. Try and resist that extra Jäger bomb at the bar on Saturday night!
A Bullet Journal
We are lucky enough to have access to some amazing technology in this day and age, however, nothing quite compares to the allure of pen and paper. A bullet journal can become your best friend as you start to study, and it is worth watching some bullet journal videos online to give you helpful organizational tips.
A First Aid Kit
A first aid kit is one of those things which you won’t realize you needed until you have it. It can make a massive difference to your day if you accidentally cut your hand or burn yourself in the oven. It can be a godsend and is a must in every dorm room.
A Good Pillow
If there is any household item you will want to invest in this year: it should be a good quality pillow. A memory foam pillow can make your sleep much better every night, and in turn, you’ll find it easier to concentrate and learn in lectures. It’s a win-win situation and can allow you to perform better in your degree.
A Study Buddy
Never underestimate the power of peers in your student life. A good friend to study with can be the difference between sailing through your finals and falling flat on your face. It is even better if you can get together as a small group and form a study team together!
